A while back I had a good friend of mine ask me to make Hello Kitty treats for her daughter's fourth birthday.  I googled "hello kitty birthday treats" and discovered the wonderful world of cake pops.  A yummy moist cake ball dipped in chocolate and decorated as only limited by one's imagination.  This is what my first round of cake pops looked like...
